It was through the process of recruiting staff for the Third Sector the concept of MatchPoint was born.

By heavy involvement in workforce development programmes which promoted equality and diversity in the workplace there appeared to be a gap between best human resource practice and the recruitment process when using agencies.  This nowadays seems to be changing for the better.

It is paramount that all parties are treated with the upmost respect and transparancy.

By understanding the culture of an organisation and candidate's aspirations and goals, both in terms of their careers and holistically we are able to give both parties the best chance of recruiting successfully.
