In the current climate I have been approached by a number of candidates who are facing redundancy through no fault of their own.  These are challenging times and it's often very stressful not knowing what to do next.

I personally feel, that it has to be viewed as an opportunity to reflect on your career to date, and decide what's the next move you would like to make.  It may be that you are looking for another similar role, or you may  decide on a career change, re-train, take time out or even start your own business.
